MENTAL HEALTH & WELL-BEING

In school we use the ROAR rainbow to guage how our children are feeling. We use this opportunity to discuss our feelings and emotions within class and/or individual basis. We have support from our Learning Mentors, MHST and Seedlings.

Every Friday all children in school partake in Jigsaw lessons.

Sometimes we all need a little bit of additional support around our Mental Health and Well-Being. Below are a range of organisations who can offer additional support, not only to our children but, to our families.

Heads Together

If you are looking for general mental health support Heads Together Charity Partners are there for you. Whether we struggle with disappointing exam results, the loss of a job, a relationship break-up, depression, anxiety or any other mental health challenge, we all struggle with our mental health at times, and we all need support.
